Detailed safari itinerary
Day 1: Travel from Arusha to Serengeti National Park
Have breakfast and our guide driver will pick you from the hotel in Arusha and make a transfer to Serengeti national park. The distance covered is 335 kilometres which can take 5-6hours dive from the hotel in Arusha and this park covers an area of 14,763 square kilometres and situated 335km from Arusha a journey covering 5-6 hours.
This park is well known for the migration of wildebeests that move in large herds of millions making its one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Being one of the oldest national parks in Tanzania and the most popular, it was also added into a world heritage site. a number of animals can be spotted in the savannah plains and these among others include topi, leopards, zebras, elephants, cheetahs, elands and buffalos. Day 2: Game drive exploration on a full day
Wake up, prepare yourself and head for game drives in the plains after an early breakfast, to spot more of the wildlife in this park. You will have you packed lunch and then enjoy a picnic lunch in the savannah vegetation, among other animals that can be spotted include elephants, Grant’s gazelles, lion, leopards, cheetahs, giraffes, wildebeest, and zebras
Day 3: Serengeti – Arusha in Tanzania
Take breakfast and then head for a thrilling game viewing activity as you find your way out of the park which will take you to Arusha. On reaching, a drop off will follow at the airport or the hotel and this will mark the end of the tour.
